He spends his days in Apartment Room 3 watching the world go by on the window ledge and snoozing on the cat tower. Hugo shares his space with several other of our residents and enjoys their company. He needs someone to take a chance on him and offer him the life he deserves - come meet him and make the difference in the life of a shelter pet!
