Celeste is a sweet little lady who loves people and fellow felines. She is a big fan of wand toys with feathers.  She lives in Apartment Room #3 at the WCSPCA and shares her space so nicely with her roommates!  If you have ever shared your life with a mini-panther - you KNOW how awesome they are, and how loyal they can be... 

Celeste has been at the shelter for quite awhile, we are not sure why she keeps getting overlooked.  She was a stray, who has never known the comfort and warmth of a comfy couch and home life.  Could you be the person to make her dream a reality and give her a loving forever home?  Please come meet her today!
